Why give up meat? For those who exercise and/or desire to use their muscles
it's the most important source of nutrients humans can have and it's good for you!
I would even argue beef is better than chicken from a nutrient standpoint. I have to eat more chicken when in a calorie deficit to make it work but red meat and animal protein is vital IMO.
